1. How much for the shipping fee?

The exact shipping fee depends on the products weight and the shipping destination region.

2. Do I need to pay tax?

(1) Clearance Fee:

all countries are subjected to the clearance fee when the value of goods exceeds the local tax exemption amount.(The tax threshold varies from country to country, and the tax is paid according to the national tax rate.) The Clearance Fee need to be borne by the customer.

(2) Import VAT :

All countries are subjected to the Import VAT when the value of goods exceeds the local duty-free amount. (The tax threshold varies from country to country, and the tax is paid according to the national tax rate.) The Import VAT need to be borne by the customer.

Note: Courier companies in Hong Kong will charge additional surcharges for delivery to remote areas and private house.

(3) Customs duty:

When the value of imported goods exceeds the local duty-free amount, customs duty is needed. (The tax threshold varies from country to country, and the tax is paid according to the national tax rate. Clearance Fee and Import VAT need to be borne by the customer.)

Product VAT: The price includes the value of the tax.

Note:When the product is returned due to non-quality problems, Customs duty and shipping fee of the returned goods need to be borne by the customer.

3.Can I leave the address of the express locker?

We do not deliver to FPO, APO, and PO Box addresses.

Note:The address needs to be controlled within 30 characters in English.

4.When will my order be shipped?

We will process your order within 24 hours of receiving it (please note that weekends and holidays may cause delays until the next business day). Before shipment, you can email us at mariyingmarketing@gmail.com to cancel the order or update the delivery address and products.

For pre-sale orders, we will arrange delivery within 24 hours of the product's arrival.

5.How to track my order? (If you are transacting orders online)

You can track your order on our website in 1-4 working days after your purchase.

Steps: Sign in to your account→My Profile→My Orders→Find the specific order you want to track→Click the “Track” button next to the tracking number

*The actual shipping times may vary due to variable customs clearance times, inclement weather, public holidays, or other force majeure factors. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly contact Support Center at mariyingmarketing@gmail.com.
*Sometimes it may take 2 days for the courier to update the tracking number and shipping info on the system. If the information has not appeared on the courier’s website, please try again after 24 hours.

NOTES:
1. All orders are shipped out via UPS, USPS ,DHL or FedEx.
2. Orders cannot be canceled when it has been shipped.
3. Tracking numbers will automatically be emailed to the customer once the order is shipped.
4. Please make sure to provide your correct shipping address when placing your order, orders can only be shipped to the address provided to us and no changes can be made once the order has been processed and shipped.
5. We do not deliver to FPO, APO, and PO Box addresses.
